About Findlater Construction
After a career in the engineering industry Ron Findlater became involved in the construction industry in the mid 1990’s, leading to the formation of Findlater Construction. Development of new vineyards in Marlborough was rampant, which provided Ron and his team with ongoing work in the irrigation field.
Since then Findlater Construction have continued to diversify, innovate, and upskill to provide a range of services and products. We now employ a hard-working team of over 45 experienced tradespeople and provide a one-stop shop for construction services.

Major Benefactors
Rainbow Ski Field
We’ve enjoyed helping Rainbow Ski field for over 10 years. With improvements and maintenance of the access road, ski field terrain, potable water supply and wastewater system.
Mistletoe Bay Eco Village
When the village was constructed, we completed all the sewer and stormwater drainage and now maintain the high-tech Kubota MBR wastewater system.
