Residential Concrete
We have a range of concrete options to suit your needs:

The concrete surface can be finished to provide different effects: broomed, smooth hand trowelled, stipple rolled and grooved. The more decorative concrete finishes are usually protected with two coats of clear sealer system.
Industrial Concrete
Findlater Construction are regularly building commercial floors, tilt panels, concrete structures, washdown areas and wine tank slabs. No matter what it is, we’ll build it, including all site works and drainage.

Precast Concrete
In our Blenheim yard we precast a range of concrete products:
- Sumps
- Pump chambers – 1,200 litres
- Water tanks – 5,000 litres
- Septic tanks – 5,000 litres
- A2000 Aerated Wastewater System
- Commercial aerated wastewater systems – 2.5 to 5.0m3 per day loading
- Grease traps – 1,200 and 5,000 litres
- Oil and grit interceptor traps – 5,000 litres
- Special Kaiuma Bay 5,000 litre interceptor tanks – with Orenco pump vault fitted.
